Office Manager

We are looking for a proactive and serviceminded Office Manager to join our team as we move into our brand-new office on September 1 st . In this role, you will be the heartbeat of the office – the one who makes our everyday operations smooth, ensures a welcoming atmosphere, and supports both employees and visitors. This is an exciting opportunity to take responsibility for a wide variety of practical and organizational tasks, build structure, and shape the daily experience at ENZEE from day one.

Key Responsibilities

As our Office Manager, you will play a crucial role in maintaining a high-quality, well-functioning and pleasant office environment. Your responsibilities will include (but are not limited to):

Daily Operations & Office Maintenance

  • Handle daily office tasks including keeping common areas, kitchen, toilets and meeting rooms tidy and ensure that the office always looks organized and welcoming
  • Order, set up and clear lunch.
  • Handle groceries such as breakfast items, snacks, milk, coffee/tea, and other essentials.
    Furthermore, buy cakes or snacks for celebrations, team events, and ad hoc occasions.
  • Manage incoming mail and empty the post box.
  • Take responsibility for parking administration and act as the main point of contact with our landlord, ensuring smooth communication and handling any practical matters related to the office facilities.
  • Order office supplies

Additional tasks

  • Plan and execute company events throughout the year
  • Prepare meeting rooms ahead of internal meetings.
  • Welcome guests and ensure the first impression of ENZEE is always positive.
  • Handle various ad hoc responsibilities that support the office’s smooth operation.

  • Are fluent in English, both written and verbal.
