    Submit Your Application

    Send us your CV and a brief cover letter outlining your motivation for joining our team. We carefully review every application and strive to maintain a fast and efficient recruitment process. You can apply directly through our job posts below.

    Pre-Interview Assessment

    If your application matches what we’re looking for, we’ll invite you to complete a short behavioral and cognitive assessment. This helps us ensure a strong match between your profile and the role early in the process. It also allows us to focus our conversations on candidates whose strengths and working styles align well with what the position requires. We believe this approach respects your time and helps us make better decisions, while giving you a fair chance to showcase your potential from the start.

    First Interview

    If your assessment results align with the role, we’ll invite you to a first interview. The first interview is usually a casual conversation to get to know you better including your background, interests, and what you’re looking for in your next role. You also get the chance to ask questions to our recruitment team.

    Second Interview

    If both sides still feel it’s a good fit after the first interview, you’ll be invited to a second one. The second round is more in-depth. You’ll meet with a new set of team members or managers to discuss your skills, experience, and how you approach challenges. This is also an opportunity for you to ask any questions that may have come up since the first interview and to gain deeper insight into our culture and the role.

    If we after the second interview both feel it’s a great match, we’ll extend an offer. Once you accept, we can proudly welcome you to ENZEE Commodities! We’ll guide you through a smooth onboarding process to help you settle in and succeed from day one.
